The Retreat is an essential part of your member experience. It is where you create deep bonds with your Guide and your Core Group with an introduction to our Science Backed Curriculum.

We partner with a venue in California that was designed specifically for mindfulness and personal growth. Each space was thoughtfully designed to be calming, to foster community, and to connect you with nature. Plus, you'll get access to expansive grounds, fire pits, and more. Depending on availability, some retreats will include access to a natural hot spring.

Your two night stay in a premium room is included in the program fee. In your room you'll find a King sized bed, a desk, and a private bathroom stocked with the essentials.

The Meals

Delicious & Nutritious Food

Our philosophy is that food is medicine, so nutritious meals and snacks are included in your program fee for The Retreat. You will get 5 meals in all, and access to the cafe on the grounds for tea and coffee. The menu changes with the seasons and produce is locally sourced. Menus will include gluten-free and dairy-free options too!

Where is The Retreat hosted?

Currently, we work with partner venues in California to create a relaxing kick off experience. All the locations we partner with provide a safe, welcoming, and calming atmosphere for you to go deeper with your Intuitive Guide and your Core Group.

As we expand out of the Southwest, we will have partners closer to your home city.

Which days does The Retreat happen?

The Retreat is meant to fit into a busy executive's lifestyle as a weekend getaway. Arrive by Friday at 4 pm PT and depart by Sunday at 12pm PT.

If you choose to arrive before 4pm on Friday, your room may not be available, but you are welcome to explore the grounds.

Which meals are included?

  • Friday: dinner
  • Saturday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Sunday: breakfast

Are all the meals plant based?

While we encourage eating mostly plant based, there are animal proteins available as options.

Will I have a private bathroom?

Yes, you will have a private bedroom and bathroom.

How much does The Retreat cost?

The cost of The Standard Retreat is included in your initiation fee of $2,399. This includes accommodations and meals but does not include airfare to the location in California.

Why does The Retreat cost so much?

Most comparable weekend retreats are priced at nearly $4000 per person for two days with no accommodations and very few amenities.

We have priced the retreat so that it is more accessible to more people and even better quality with a maximum ratio of 8 participants to 1 Intuitive Guide.
